That is too cute for words!! [img]smile.gif[/img] I think it's the "cotton" wig by Kemper. I almost bought that one for Shantelle but I wanted to be able to brush her hair. Shantelle does have a new "do", though, a short hair cut with a flip at the ends.

She is cute! At first sight;I did not care for the wig, but GEESH she is indeed a cute looking "morsel" in all those frills and curls! HA!
